Men's Support group
Meet with other men experiencing loss and grief in a warm, supportive environment.
Group runs 12.00pm-1.00pm on the
first Tuesday of the month.
Final group for year in December.

Walk and Talk Support Group
Meet with other people experiencing grief in a safe and supportive environment and enjoy a gentle 30 minute walk together.
Group runs 9.00-9.30 am every Friday.
Venue will be weather dependant-either Stadium or Queens Park at Feldwick gates

Meet with other women living with grief in a safe and supportive environment.
Groups runs from 12.00pm-1.00pm
on the second Tuesday
of the month.
