Covid 19 Alert Level 2

We are currently at Alert Level Two, with Auckland at Alert Level Three

At Level 2:

  • You can still continue to go to work or school, with physical distancing.

  • Wear masks if you can in public. Wash your hands. Use hand sanitiser where possible.

  • No more than 100 people at gatherings, including weddings, birthdays, funerals and tangihanga.

  • Businesses can open to the public if they are following public health guidelines, which include physical distancing and record keeping.

  • People at higher risk of severe illness from Covid 19, for example, those with underlying medical conditions and older people are encouraged to take additional precautions when leaving home.

  • Practice good hygiene- Please wash your hands and stay home if you feel sick.

The Loss and Grief Centres Drop In Services will continue to operate at this time.

Support Groups are postponed until further notice.

Responsible Access Guidelines are in place which means:

  • Upon entering the centre, your hands must be sanitised.

  • Physical distancing will be adhered to at all times.

  • We are no longer able to offer any hot or cold drinks.

  • A register will be completed to assist with contact tracing, should it be required.

  • Deep cleaning of the centre, particularly high touch areas, will take place between each visitor.

  • And MOST IMPORTANTLY- Please only enter if,

  • You do not have any symptoms associated with Covid- 19 (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, sneezing, runny nose, loss of smell)

  • You do not have Covid-19 nor are you awaiting the results from being tested for Covid-19

  • You have not been in contact with any known or suspected cases of Covid-19 in the past 14 days

  • You have not returned, or been in contact with anyone else who has returned from overseas in the past 14 days
